Q: Do you schedule appointments during Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays?
A: We prefer to keep our weekends free for our Handymen to spend time with their families. However, we can be available on weekends for projects over $500. We are closed during major holidays (Independence day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Day), but we do work during most other bank holidays.

Q: Is your business insured?
A: YES! We are licensed and fully insured with a general liability policy to protect your home in the unlikely event of an accident.

Q: When do I have to pay?
A: Large jobs require 50% down and the remaining balance paid at the completion. Small jobs can be paid upon completion.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Large jobs require a 50% deposit. We also require pre-payment for any materials needed.

Q: Special materials or items need to be purchased for my job. How would this work?
A: We can provide you a list of materials that you can purchase yourself. As an alternative, we can purchase materials on your behalf. We do not up-charge for the materials; however, we will charge a delivery fee, to account for time, mileage and gas.

Q: Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?
A: It is not absolutely necessary for exterior work. All Interior work must have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Venmo (@Vytall-Handymen), CashApp ($Vytallhandymen), credit or debit card (5% fee), direct ACH (for deposits on large jobs only)

Q: The service I need isn't listed. Why not?
A: Please feel free to ask us first, as there may be things we have not listed on our site. For insurance liability reasons we do not work with anything gas related, roofing, or repairs over 14 feet high.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: If we have materials to return, yes, we can offer a refund for those items, but we can not refund any labor, delivery fees or used materials.

Q: What are the steps Vytall Handymen LLC use from start to finish for projects?
A: Vytall Handymen LLC believes transparency and trust is needed in all business transactions. Here are the steps we take to ensure everything is aligned before starting projects:

A Technician/Specialist meets or chats with the customer to discuss the project needs and expected outcomes.

The Technician/Specialist provides a written proposal estimate/quote of the work to be performed. A materials list can be provided upon request for anything needed for the project. This will also include the payment terms for the given project. Larger projects require a down-payment.

The project/work is performed.

Final payment is made by the customer.
